Coming from a competitive sports background moving into being full-time involved in the yoga scene for 8+ years I’ve experienced and seen a fair share of failure, refining techniques, seeing how harmful some teachings can be, learning how bodies move, finding better ways and creating a path for myself that allows me to be free from external expectations that if unchecked become internal expectations.
Grounded in yoga therapy and with a biomechanical approach I provide functional tools for your yoga- and handstand practice with the goal to guide you as safely, meaningfully and effectively to where you want to be. Whether that ends up being in a handstand or simply a sense of greater self-determination in your practice
What you can expect is someone who is genuinely interested in seeing flourish and refine your skills, no need for pedestals, problematic guru behavior or dependency. Just you – evolving and leveling up your practice by understanding your body and approaching your physical practice in a progressive, down-to-earth, and effective way.
